ICOM Energy Association welcomes Flueboost as its newest member

Managing Director of Flueboost Alison Cartwright is delighted to announce that the company’s application to join the Industrial and Commercial Energy Association (ICOM) has been accepted.

ICOM, a division of the Energy and Utilities Alliance, is a not-for-profit trade association that represents and promotes the interests of the non-domestic heating sector.

It works closely with governments, professional bodies and associations at national and European level and influences the development of product and installation standards.

We are delighted to be the first fan supplier invited to join the Association which I hope will raise the company profile within the heating sector,” said Alison.

“Our ICOM membership reflects the values of our Knutsford company by demonstrating our commitment to accessing the latest information on our industry’s advances in technology and best practice for the benefit of our clients.

“I’m looking forward to the benefits this membership will bring to both clients and to Flueboost such as networking opportunities, technical advice and impending legislation and directives.

“Flueboost is pleased to join a trade association with a such a strong membership base and we can’t wait to contribute to our fellow ICOM members.”

Sectors represented by ICOM include commercial boilers and water heaters, controls and components, industrial boilers, radiant heaters and water conditioning and treatment.

Flueboost’s ICOM membership will be activated on February 1, 2016.
