The Flueboost 800 Boiler model controls flue gasses up to 300c giving boiler handing over to a heat output of 800,000 Btu/h; 235Kw/h, again this varies dependant on the size and length of flue. Agin this is based on an average gas appliance working at 75% efficiency, 180c with C02 at 5%.
Using a variable speed motor, centrifugal motor and secondary cooling impeller. Class F windings with maintenance free lubricated ball bearings.
This combination provides reliable operation for an optimum amount of years.
The internal pressure switch activates at closed for airflow through the unit and open if a fan failure or blocked flue is detected.
All Flueboost appliances arrive with comprehensive installation and user manuals. Only sub assembly is required for replacement of working parts. Which leaves the main body of the unit untouched.

Gas fire models do not require this feature.
The unit is constructed of stainless steel with a high grade 304 mill finish.
The appliance must be fitted with a draught stabiliser or draught diverter in the primary flue.
