History of Flueboost Ltd

Established in April 2000 by Simon Cartwright  from R & S Cartwrights Heating & Engineering Company, Flueboost Ltd are the manufacturers and stockists of flue extraction fans.

Flueboost assemble their own range of inline flue fans which can be used for boiler/water heater installations. A new range of gas fire fans are available together with our Flueboost control unit.

We also offer a bespoke service for the sizing of high temperature bifurcated axial fans and boiler input fans.

A repair option is available for all our own fans - we aim to repair the fans and return them within 24 hours if possible, please contact us for a free quotation.

The picture below, sketched by a former Cartwrights' employee Charlie Jackson in 1974, depicts the original building occupied by Cartwrights in Tasle Alley, Manchester. Sadly it was compulsarily purchased by Manchester City Council and demolished to make way for trendy wine bars and restaurants.

Flueboost have recently re-located to premises in Knutsford Cheshire.
